Reed is a musician of many contradictions. 1984 saw the release of New Sensations, which is definately not a favorite album of mine. Unfortunately, this concert does feature a lot of that material. Conversely, it also has a lot of rarities and great playing! Take it for what is, I guess. Hope you enjoy!
