Album came in yesterday and so far so good!
Both the vinyl and CD came in perfect condition from dead.net, albeit packaged in the same way that damaged the Anthem Picture Disc. Note to self: if buying a picture disc and something else, seperate orders!
Back to the music! Good, spacy instrumentals. Very much in line with the first album, but the band is definately finding their own groove. A little funkier and in some parts drifting into STS9 territory, maybe? But not electro-trance by any means. I was a little suspicious of the Chuck D. guest, but as you can hear from the video above, it’s very short and non-invasive. Heck, I could even have gone for a few more lines rather than just an introduction.
From what I can tell, the CD and Vinyl are the same length (as opposed to the 1st album), but I have not done too close an inspection. For those wondering, there was NOT a download card included with the vinyl, but if you buy it through the amazon link below, you do get the autorip.
Highly recommended for relaxing, jammy music!
P.S.- I’m new at blogging, so here’s the ineloquent amazon associates disclaimer:

Basically, if you use my link to buy the album, I get a small cut!
